A comprehensive roof overhaul for a West Bay commercial property experiencing severe water ingress. We stripped the old failed waterproofing, prepared the concrete substrate, applied a two-layer torch-on bitumen membrane with reinforced corners and upstands, laid XPS thermal insulation boards, and finished with heat-resistant roof bricks to protect the membrane from UV degradation.
