1. Introduction

Noor Prime Trading & Services is a licensed construction and maintenance contractor registered with the Ministry of Commerce, State of Qatar. These terms apply to all clients, website visitors, and parties entering into service agreements with us.

2. Our Services

We provide professional construction and maintenance services across Doha, Qatar, including but not limited to:

• AC service and repair
• Majlis and Khemah installations
• Tile and marble installation
• Interlock paving
• Waterproofing and plaster work
• Water tank cleaning
• General villa and commercial maintenance

All services are subject to a formal quotation and written or verbal agreement prior to commencement.

3. Quotations & Payments

• Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• A written or WhatsApp confirmation from the client constitutes acceptance of the quotation.
• Payment terms are specified in the individual project agreement. Standard terms require a deposit before commencement and final payment upon completion.
• Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in revised pricing, which will be communicated before proceeding.
• All prices are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless otherwise specified.

4. Project Timelines

We provide estimated completion timelines at the time of quotation. Timelines are indicative and may be affected by:

• Availability of materials or specialist equipment
• Weather conditions, particularly during Qatar’s summer season
• Delays caused by the client or third parties
• Unforeseen site conditions discovered during work

We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimise disruption.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide clear and timely access to the property or site
• Ensure the site is safe and free from obstructions prior to our arrival
• Provide accurate information about the scope of work required
• Communicate any changes to requirements promptly and in writing
• Make payments as agreed in the project agreement

6. Warranty & Defects

We stand by the quality of our work. Where applicable:

• Workmanship is warranted for 90 days from the date of completion for most services
• AC and mechanical service work carries a 30-day labour warranty
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party interference
• Material warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Qatari law:

• Noor Prime’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total value of the relevant project agreement
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from our services
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Noor Prime Trading & Services or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with reasonable written notice. In the event of termination:

• The client is liable for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
• Any deposit paid is non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced
• Noor Prime reserves the right to terminate agreements where the client has not fulfilled payment obligations

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
